Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe

Healthy begins at home!


  • 5 cups peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


  • Grind the peanuts, salt and honey together for a minute.
  • Scrape the sides and add the oil.
  • Blend for another minute or two.
  • Cover and keep it in the fridge until required.
  • When required, just stir and use.
